Devin Ebanks has announced the four schools he plans to visit and then decide where he will attend. The schools still in the running are Memphis, Rutgers, Texas and WVU. He also said that he is going to watch and see what happens with Indiana in the future. Indiana still has a slim chance to maybe sign him depending on what goes on in the near future with the program but unlikely. He plans to schedule the visits next month sometime for each school.

“I’m going to look for a school that had some of the same things I liked in Indiana. I want to go somewhere I can develop, play right away and have a great relationship with my coach.”

    Ebanks,

I think you should to Memphis if you look at it, you can go in a start with CDR leaving you can go in start. Coach Cal is a very good coach, and is known for developing players.

Memphis seems to be the best choice. Calipari’s style of offense will highlight Ebanks’ abilities and will likely push him to center stage. With 5 star propsects Evans, Ebanks, Garcia and returning veterans Anderson, Kemp, Taggart, and Dozier, the Tigers will make another deep run in the tournament, providing Ebanks some great exposure nationally to NBA scouts. Additionally, with the departure of CDR, he is sure to see immediate playing time against many Conference USA teams, giving him a chance to fluff his stats while still having the opportunity to play first class competition in Memphis’ tough out of conference schedule.
