Tyreke Evans the top unsigned player in the class of 2008 is watching the NCAA tournament very closely. He is planning to announce his college decision on April 16, 2008 on ESPN. Tyreke is picking from Texas, Memphis, Connecticut and Villanova which our all playing the the tournament.
He is a program changing player when he arrives on campus and will make a big-time impact in college next year. He will be focused on many different things well watching each team compete in the tournament. He wants to see how they react to the pressure of playing in March. Another factor will be the players staying or leaving for the NBA Draft this year.

Greg Monroe and Elena Delle Donne Join Elite List of Morgan Wootten’s National High School Basketball Players of the Year Award Winners
OAK BROOK, Ill. (March 19, 200 - Greg Monroe, the 6-10, 220 lb. prep superstar from Helen Cox High School in Gretna, La., was named the twelfth-annual Morgan Wootten Award winner today. Previous winners include Greg Oden (2006), Dwight Howard (2004), LeBron James (2003), Jason Williams (1999) and the Award’s first recipient Shane Battier (1997).
Joining Monroe in the honor is McDonald’s All American® Female Player of the Year, Elena Delle Donne, from Ursuline Academy in Greenville, Del. Delle Donne, who has led Ursuline to four straight Delaware State Championship Titles is the seventh female to be added to the impressive list that includes Tina Charles (2006, Connecticut), Abby Waner (2005, Duke), Candace Parker (2004, Tennessee), Ivory Latta (2003, UNC) and Nicole Wolff (2002, Connecticut). It has been reported on Adam Zagoria blog that Devin Ebanks will re-open his recruitment after the buyout of Kelvin Sampson at Indiana University. Devin Ebanks is a 6′9 athletic wing who is a big time scorer that can fill it up on an array of different moves.
He is looking to have a list of schools cut down to 2-4 by next week. He is considering Rutgers, Texas and Memphis right now. So you can look for a update in the near future about his final list and scheduled visits.
On Wednesday, Brandon Jennings received the Naismith National High School Player of the Year award. He helped his Oak Hill Academy team finish the season with a 34-4 record.
