Greg Monroe is a 6’10 combo forward who has a tremendous amount of skills to go along with his long frame. He showed a lot of different aspects of his game on Saturday night including putting a full effort into the game. He scored from all over the floor hitting the 3 and midrange jumper along with a solid job on the boards. At 6’10 he has the ability to bring the ball up the court effortlessly showing his court vision to find open teammates on the break. He will fit in perfectly at Georgetown next season; he is an unselfish player who doesn’t need the ball to impact the game. The main thing people want to see from Greg is for him to play hard every time out on the court. Sometimes he just doesn’t seem like he feels like playing just going through the motions but he showed great effort in this game.
